Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on the original paintings or limited edition giclees, with or without a frame.

We have a 30-day replacement policy on damaged items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to claim damage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a damage claim, please contact Shane at me@shaneettestad.com and include several pictures clearly showing the damage of both the packaging and canvas and/or frame.
